Tiffany holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and is a licensed SLP in the state of South Dakota.
She has completed many specialized post-graduate certification courses, including the IAOM and MyoMentor orofacial myology certification courses, Buteyko Breathing Method certification, TOTS: Tethered Oral Tissues Specialty Training®, Tongue Tied Academy, Walt Fritz’s Manual Therapy for Voice, Swallowing and Breathing Disorders Training, Talk Tools courses, Supporting Oral Motor Skills in Infants course, and GOMAP (Guided Oral Movements with Active Patterning) for Infant and Toddler Feeding Training. Tiffany is also a certified and registered adult and children’s yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation teacher (over 300 hours of training and 1000 hours of teaching), and a Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider (YACEP). She is a dedicated and passionate life-long learner.
Tiffany is a member of the IAOM (International Association of Orofacial Myology), member of the Airway Circle, member of ICAP (International Consortium of Ankylofrenula Professionals), and is a Myo Munchee Certified Practitioner. She is on faculty with MyoMentor, where she leads a national monthly continued learning group on the intersect of speech & language pathology and orofacial myofunctional disorders. Tiffany is also appointed to the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology for the state of South Dakota.
She completed her Master’s degree at the University of South Dakota in 2012, and is both a former SLP LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and other Related Disabilities) Trainee and a former Autism LEND Trainee, where she trained in the Sanford Children’s Hospital Specialty Clinics in addition to her graduate practicum and clinicals. Tiffany is a member of the 2019 ASHA Leadership Development Program cohort.
