We are in-network with the following insurance plans: Blue Cross Blue Shield/Wellmark, Avera, Cigna, DakotaCare, Tricare, Medicaid, Medicare, First Choice Health Network, Humana, Aetna Commercial, Medica, MultiPlan, Midland’s Choice, Sanford, United, and Health Partners. We also offer private pay options. We do not accept care credit.
Not sure if insurance covers services? DSSC is able to verify your benefits, but we also encourage families and patients to call and verify benefits as well. DSSC is not liable for insurance denials and cannot guarantee reimbursement of services from insurance.

Once all intake paperwork is completed, attend your evaluation.
An evaluation report will be compiled after your appointment, along with a treatment plan.
