Molli holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a licensed SLP in the state of South Dakota. She graduated with her Master’s degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2015 and has since gained clinical experience working with adults and children of all ages.
Molli has clinical experience working in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient rehabilitation settings. She evaluated and treated adult patients with a variety of diagnoses that included traumatic brain injury, stroke, post-concussion syndrome, Parkinson’s Disease, voice disorders, dementia, dysphagia, and cognitive communication impairments. It is through this work Molli has found a passion for improving the lives of her patients through communication as they recover from neurological events and diseases.
Molli has also dedicated part of her career to school-age children within the elementary school setting. She currently works with students in kindergarten through fifth grade with a variety of speech and language needs that include speech sound disorders, expressive/receptive language delays, pragmatic/social language difficulties, stuttering, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and emotional disturbance. Molli enjoys making connections with children and finding ways to motivate them to work on their communication skills and teach them self-advocacy across all environments.
