Tiffany holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and is a licensed SLP in the state of South Dakota.

She has completed countless hours of postgraduate certification courses in the specialty areas of craniofacial disorders, orofacial myofunctional disorders, tethered oral tissues/tongue ties, manual therapy for the orofacial complex, manual therapy for voice and swallowing, oral sensory-motor dysfunction and skill acquisition, breathing function and re-education, and orofacial pain and TMD (temporomandibular joint disorder), training with a variety of leading organizations and professionals including The Breathe Institute, Tongue Tied Academy, Walt Fritz, Fast & Functional TMD, Buteyko Method, Talk Tools, MyoMentor, and the IAOM. Tiffany is also a certified Breathing Coach, a registered adult and children’s yoga facilitator (E-RYT200, RCYT), and a Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider (YACEP). She is a dedicated and passionate life-long learned, guided by her relentless curiosity and desire to help others make connections in their own functional health.

Tiffany is a member of ICAP (International Consortium of Ankylofrenula Professionals), IAOM (International Association of Orofacial Myologists), AAPMD (American Academy of Physiological Medicine & Dentistry) and is a Myo Munchee Certified Practitioner. She is on faculty with MyoMentor, where she works with professionals specializing in orofacial myofunctional disorders located all over the world. Tiffany is also appointed to the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology for the state of South Dakota.

She completed her Master’s degree at the University of South Dakota in 2012, and is both a former SLP LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and other Related Disabilities) Trainee and a former Autism LEND Trainee, where she trained in the Sanford Children’s Hospital Specialty Clinics in addition to her graduate practicum and clinicals. Tiffany is a member of the 2019 ASHA Leadership Development Program cohort. She has previous experience providing skilled SLP services prior to DSSC, including the schools, telehealth, private practice, early intervention programming, daycares, adult and pediatric specialty camps, and non-profits.
